Please submit a tattoo inquiry including your design idea, reference photos of similar tattoos, a photo of the location on your body you are looking to get tattooed, and estimated sizing in inches.

If you are approved, you will receive a follow-up email confirming your acceptance with detailed instructions on how to proceed with booking an appointment. You will be asked to pay a deposit of $100-$500 pending the estimate of the total cost of your tattoo. 

Once your deposit is received, you will be provided with dates and times of available time slots. Please be proactive in response times to ensure the available appointment slots are still available.
